A new record for ! 5 total policies to settle up this motorcycle accident! Cases like this show just how important it is to carry good UM insurance, and make sure it is ADD ON coverage! Add on UM policies stack on top of the coverage provided by the at fault driver, making sure you take home as much as possible on your claim. Doesn’t hurt to have a good lawyer who’s willing to track down policies that lazy lawyers will miss, like transferable liability policies, resident relative polices, and policies on recreational vehicles that may go unnoticed by cut rate attorneys.
