Our food draws on French and Italian Influences with local Southern ingredients to create a dynamic and seasonally driven menu.

We are so excited to announce the arrival of our new pastry chef, Gus Castro!!
Gus has just debuted his third dessert onto our menu yesterday… and more to come!
Born in Chicago, Gus has called Atlanta home for the last 4 years with his wife and children.
Most recently, he was pastry chef at Lazy Betty leading their pastry department when they earned their Michelin star ⭐️. Prior to that, Gus worked at establishments like Swan and Dolphin, Gurney’s Montauk Resort, and Omni Orlando Resorts.
Plated desserts and the science behind everything pastry inspires Gus to keep pushing and creating.
Gus told us that his last meal would be a truffle pasta with a glass of red Burgundy.
We are thrilled to have his talent and passion on our team.

We just wanted to take a moment to throw out a huge congratulations to our operating partner: Nick Hassiotis .
Today he was awarded a “Rising Stars” award from and we couldn’t be more proud 🥹
Nick has worked tirelessly to bring the service/hospitality magic to life to complement Mel’s culinary creations.
He has thoughtfully curated the wine list along with creative each of the cocktails, low-ABV options, as well as the spirit-free cocktails. Additionally he is in charge of all aspects of the front-of-the-house front hiring, to training, to inventory, to operations.
We are thankful to have him as our partner and now hoe@much value he has brought to the team 🙌

Chef Mel (.melvin) welcomes back Chef Colin McGowan (), former sous chef at Foundation Social Eatery. After leaving FSE, Colin went on to work at some of the other top restaurants in Atlanta like Kimball House and Bacchanalia as well as founding and running his supper club, 14 Seats Supper Club, before going on to open Cattle Shed as executive chef.
