MEET US: This is Ian! You'll find him behind the bar and managing the team throughout the week. We asked him a few questions:

🥗What do you love about working at Ceviche?

"Getting to interact with our regulars and our guests on a day to day basis is truly a pleasure. I just moved to Alpharetta from Greenville, SC 3 years ago and Ceviche has truly made this place feel like home to me.

🍻Go to dish and drink?

"If I’m hungry enough, the Arroz Mexicano is such an awesome dish. Combining Steak, grilled chicken, and grilled shrimp and putting it on a bed of rice with peppers and onions and topping it with our phenomenal queso dip…what more could you ask for?? Drink wise….probably the Ranch Water. Our awesome take on the cocktail. It already has a great tequila in it with the La Gritona Reposado, and combining it with freshly squeezed lime juice, agave, and then topping it with the jarritos mineragua makes for an awesome and refreshing cocktail. Especially for the warmer fall days."

🌮Do you have a favorite day you like working?

"Cinco de Mayo. It’s hands down our busiest day out of the year. But it’s awesome to watch the team come together and overcome the challenges and obstacles this day brings to provide our guests with the best possible experience."
