The Healing Woods Reiki, Hypnotherapy and Readings

It has been too hot to even want to cook food and I have been missing my alchemical cooking that I am known for… So I decided to mix some stuff up with cold food. I made my own tofu out of red lentils, water and spices, chickpea and edamame salad, tabbouleh and beets...all homemade and no special recipe...I just threw a bunch of stuff together and it's serving nutritious cold clean deliciousness.

I totally would have hung out with Kamala in high school.

Here she is looking like a total bad ass even as a teenager.

Today is Georgie's 8th birthday!

Happy Birthday to my boy...AKA Little Man Pants Boy, Stinky Feet, Fluffy Boy, Soft Boy, Sweet Smelling Boy and Georgie George George.

This little angel came into my life RIGHT when I needed him and I have fallen more deeply in love with him each and everyday.

He is my healer kitty...when I get hit with something physically or emotionally he is RIGHT there to help me.

During my Cancer Journey...before I even knew I had Cancer, for 6 months he was losing tons of fur, and I kept taking him to the vet, and they couldn't find anything wrong with him.

Once I was diagnosed and went through surgery, his hair miraculously stopped falling out and it grew back even fluffier than before.

Today we are celebrating by having extra treats, more brushy brush time and a quiet evening at home dosing him up on catnip and watching You Tube games for cats!

He is amazing, and I am so lucky to have been chosen by him to be his Kitty Mommy.

Just received a bunch of photos taken at The Wolf Retreat and it brought back that spark of joy and huge smile we all had on our faces the whole day. Also, there's nothing quite like having a huge alpha male wolf eat a treat from the top of your head. 😂The sound of the jaws is amazing! 🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺

I'm still buzzing and spinning from hosting The Wolf Retreat. I came home last night and passed out immediately like a little kid who had way too much fun at Disneyland! This is the leader of the pack, Wakan and I just after he gave me a big sloppy Wolf Kiss. More pictures to follow of all of the fun we had but today is all about grounding, swimming and reveling in the healing energy of the amazing group of people who came to the retreat and my beloved Wolfpack. 💚🐺🐺🐺🐺🐺💚

I am sooooo looking forward to being with my beloved pack of wolves to celebrate the Summer Solstice Full Moon at the Wolf Retreat I am hosting!

After 5 LONG years Amma is visiting Los Angeles again 7/13-7/16!

In November of 2019, she did a surprise retreat for the LA Satsang (she NEVER came to LA in Nov...always June), and I was in pure bliss for 4 days with her in a hotel on Hollywood & Highland of all places, and feeling SO excited and pumped up for 2020 to begin...little did I know....

It's almost as if Amma knew what was about to go down, because I remember her last words to us were "It is important to learn how to be alone without feeling lonely. Know that the Divine Mother is always within your heart" and a few months later...BOOM...Global Pandemic, the world shut down sheltering in place and Amma was not touring for 5 long years.

SO cannot wait to see my Amma family again, and get hugged by this amazing living Saint and clear conduit of Divine Love.

Today I was given more gifts from the crows! This time I saw the crow that brought it. He flew in with these bougainvillea flowers in his beak and dropped them right before he ate his peanuts that I had just laid out for them. There is a group of five that hang out together and come every morning for breakfast. I noticed the others watching him leave me the flower so maybe now I'll keep getting more and more! 🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🐦‍⬛🌸

FINALLY! After 4 years of creating a relationship with the neighborhood ravens, crows and squirrels I have received a gift from the Corvids! I don't have any Bougainvillea plants in my yard nor do my neighbors so these beautiful flowers were brought to me by the crows and placed where I always leave them organic unsalted peanuts. Feeling the Corvid love right now. 🐦‍⬛🖤🐦‍⬛

Woke with the dawn to enjoy a walk to the pool and a light show in the sky with the full moon still doing her thing. About to enjoy morning laps in the pool all to myself gearing up for 22 women to arrive this afternoon to be lead on a beautiful 3 day retreat on how to heal using the 5 elements. 🌲💨🔥🌊🌌

Woke at 5am to beat the masses to Joshua Tree. Took the back way in and had no traffic. Grounding full moon hike to set intentions for a dancing weekend of hosting a private soundbath at Integratron followed by a 3 day elemental healing retreat at Joshua Tree Retreat Center!
