Hey everyone! If you notice discoloration of the hooks on your earrings over time this is oxidation of the silver since they are sterling silver!

There are things you can do to prevent or slow this process like proper storage (I store mine in the open and run my humidifier or AC 24/7 so I’m the worst about this 😮‍💨💀) I also suggest you don’t wear them in the shower, bath, pool, hot tub, or spa like settings to reduce the oxidation. (Especially the studs because it breaks down the glue over time).

But! Not to worry they can be cleaned with jewelry cleaner or baking soda paste and a clean non abrasive cloth and they’ll be looking like new!
