May is Teen Pregnancy Prevention Awareness Month. Although many associate pregnancy with "the s*x talk", teen pregnancy prevention is more than this. Teen Pregnancy Prevention begins with parents talking to their children about not drinking and smoking, not doing drugs, and about learning to say no to other activities that can lead teens to engage in the early initiation of s*x.

Lindsay Ann Burke Memorial Fund: Healthy/Unhealthy Relationships
Dating violence, like domestic violence, is a pattern of controlling, and abusive behaviors of one person over another within a romantic relationship. It can include verbal, emotional, physical, s*xual, and financial abuse. It can occur in both heteros*xual and homos*xual relationships. It knows no boundaries and crosses all lines of race, socio-economic status, etc.
It CAN happen to ANYONE.
