This picture lists the base ingredients of our handmade artisan soaps, minus water, lye, and of course any smell good, colors, or additives you can find listed independently in each product, ie. activated charcoal or kaolin class.

This is a long read but, here are the ingredients for a popular name brand store bought bar soap that claims to be for sensitive skin, hypoallergenic, plant based, #1 dermatologist recommended, no sulfate cleanser, pH balanced, fragrance free, and contain no parabens.
Sodium Lauroyl Isethionate, Stearic Acid, Lauric Acid, Sodium
Oleate, Water (Eau), Sodium Isethionate, Sodium Stearate, Cocamidopropyl
Betaine, Glycerin, Sodium Laurate, Tetrasodium Etidronate, Tetrasodium EDTA, Sodium Chloride

Sodium lauroyl isethionate (SLI) a is a mild, biodegradable surfactant and cleansing agent.

Stearic acid is a saturated fatty acid with an 18-carbon chain that has many uses, including as a lubricant, in cosmetics, and in soaps and detergents.

Lauric acid is a saturated fatty acid that is found in coconut and palm oils.
Sodium oleate is used in soaps and detergents as an emulsifying agent.
Sodium isethionate is used as a hydrophilic head group in washing-active surfactants.

Sodium stearate is the most common fatty acid salt in today's soaps.

Cocamidopropyl betaine (CAPB) is a synthetic detergent and surfactant that's used in many personal care products and household cleaners.

Glycerin is a type of carbohydrate known as a sugar alcohol or a polyol. This odorless liquid has a sweet taste and a syrupy consistency. While glycerin occurs naturally in plants through the fermentation of sugars, most of the glycerin nowadays is produced from the hydrolysis of fats and oils.
