Today, I had the privilege to cut and style a client's hair who hadn't been to salon in over 3 years. Everyone seems to have a bad haircut horror story from their past, and sometimes we don't give our hair the love it deserves. We started her healthy hair journey by removing damaged hair to create a more full, balanced shape. It was also a great feeling restoring her faith in the curly hair cutting community!

For those who don't know me, I'm Sam--the barber behind Grimnir's Corner.

When I started barber school my goal was to become a beard barber and focus on traditional straight razor shaves and beard shaping. After getting my license I decided to continue my education, learning how to work with curly hair as well. My clientele now consists of a good mix of both men and women with curly hair as well as men's haircuts, kids haircuts, traditional straight razor shaves and beard shaping.

With all of my clients I like to take my time and really focus on your hair/what you're wanting done. We do a thorough consultation at the beginning of your appointment and then during the appointment I like to educate/ask questions to make sure you're getting the results you want and know how to style and care for your hair to achieve similar results at home.
