Old World Construction

So……. This dipsh*t has hit our Valcour job 3 times in 3 days. This time he stole a skid loader (which is ours too) from another job, and tried to load a whole unit of plywood into the back of his F150 at 6:15 in the afternoon. Police have been involved and are watching out for him. If you see him around a jobsite, call the police. He’s definitely not there to work. Let’s make him famous. He’s already stolen over $3000 in plywood zip board.

We were honored to host our first Amtech Career Academy intern for the 2023-2024 school year. Jax Baccus has been learning the art of 3D design as he finished his senior year at Tascosa High School. Urban Comfort Design presented him with a scholarship to help him get started at the University of Oklahoma. Good luck Jax! We see great things ahead for you!

Monday design time! Just presented this future custom home on Valcour Drive in The Colonies. We are officially out of Valcour lots. End of an era for us!

Design Friday! Spent the week honing my skills on interior renderings. This is for a sales office for our good buddies Rockrose Development, LLC. If you haven’t been out to the Pinnacle neighborhood south of Randall High School, you’re missing out!

Rainy day design! I don’t share my interior renderings very often but this one is just too cool not to share. Looking forward to this project!

Spent some time working on a new layout for one of our interior lots in the Trails at Tascosa Country Club. These lots are located on a cul-de-sac street with all high-end builds on both sides of the street. These won't last long. Priced considerably under what the golf course lots are going for. I will be designing several of these over the next few months. This one is a four bedroom, 6 bath, office, 2 living area, 3 1/2 car garage, central patio and pool ready.
