Spent the afternoon with my Friday gals sharing ways we can be kinder to ourselves. Less of a focus on self-improvement, being more or better, and more attention on taking care of the person we are in this moment. Some of their suggestions: “Notice when I’m starting to feel stressed, go outside more, eat healthy foods, take a break from sports sometimes and rest, eat junk food, don’t blame myself..” How can you be kinder to yourself this weekend?

For many, “The love of the game” was sparked in a yard, a field, a playground or a street. USAQuickball Partner Shannon Gunby’s
love was sparked here in Johnstown, Pa at his parents home playing in the yard and the fields.

USA Quickball August Programming

Dear Ambler Sports Academy Community,

Governor Wolf’s recent announcement in a press conference to be proactive in taking measures to slow the spread of coronavirus in the state and particularly in Montgomery County asked for the closure of nonessential business. Starting tonight at Midnight, Thursday, March 12, 2020 Ambler Sports Academy will be closed for two weeks at which time a decision about re-opening or remaining closed for another period of time will be made.
We will work with everyone as efficiently as possible to reschedule lessons, clinics, programs and rentals. Open Play will also be closed for the same period.
