It's a limited release! This is our 5th year running with Luis Alberto Balladarez’s extraordinary Nicaragua coffee. This one is his Pacamara honey from Finca La Bendicion. Pacamara is a cross between Pacas and Maragogipe beans, giving it a distinctive large bean. This Honey Process has an enjoyable and fruity cup profile, featuring delightful notes of cherry pie, blackberry jam, candied almond, and hibiscus. We're excited to welcome back El Paraiso Sidra! This coffee is related to Ethiopian varieties but found a true home in Colombia and Ecuador in 2012, rising in popularity since 2015, but it’s quite rare to find. It’s beloved for its lingering sweetness, tropical fruit notes, and floral characteristics. We taste lemon ginger, black currant, and prickly pear.
