Yep! Easy as 1…2…3!!!
If you can’t eat eggs and/or soy OR you want to eat less additives and/or opt to eat the healthiest fats for optimal health, you can make your own MAYONNAISE. I’ve been whipping up my mayo on an as needed basis and it’s so easy and delish!
Some recipes are add the oil slowly…blah blah blah. No. This goes all in one bowl, use immersion blender and done. In 1 minute.

Can we talk about how healing is not only being able to handle trauma but also being able to handle joy?

Because I feel this point doesn't get talked about enough.

Yes, understanding how to process uncomfortable/painful emotions is part of the work—but what is the work actually for?

I hold the belief that the purpose of healing work is to expand our capacity for joy as a service to not only ourselves but the entire planet.

Healing is not just a process to handle past pain, it is a pathway for joy.

Notice where in your life you are still unforgiving, resentful, or holding a grudge. And notice where in your body are you feeling this heaviness, contraction or stiffness. This will give you a hint of where you can start to bring ease into your system.

Forgiving yourself constantly and generously, so frequently that it becomes habit, is a great form of healing. Most of what you punish yourself for is wasted potential that exists in an abstract and invisible place only you can see.

Did you know that shredded cheese is sprayed with an antifungal agent called Natamycin? It prevents growth of mold.
I was reflecting on how much shredded cheese a family might eat (a lot) and how a “safe” quantity in food, might actually be quite disruptive to the gut microbiome given the quantity people actually consume. Whole Foods banned it in their products. Read the labels on the brand you buy.
🛒Buy whole blocks of 🧀cheese and grate it to reduce exposures to biome disruptors; especially for those people who have either gut issues or other health issues.
