I've deleted the Facebook app, installed newsfeed blockers on my mobile and PC.

It feels so weird. Sometimes I'll open my phone browser, load up Facebook, and get greeted by a blank feed. My brain goes, "oh, nothing to see here." Then I log off and save myself about 10-20 minutes.

If anyone else wants to scale back their Facebook usage, let me know and I'll share all the tools I'm using.
