SERVER Responsibilities

Guide our customers through the menu. Offer appetizer, beer/wine, & entrée suggestions. Suggest and recommend appetizers, entrée, beer/wine & dessert options
Be on top of Re-Fills, Pre-Bussing, and any additional customer requests to ensure an amazing dining experience
Be on top of all pre-work and side work. Master your roles and responsibilities- support the FOH whenever possible.
Maintain a clean, organized and prepped work station
Qualifications

Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Ability to take direction, feedback and coaching
Ability to multitask efficiently and meet expectations
Experience as a Server, Waitstaff or Customer Service a plus

HOST Primary Focus- Customer Experience! Great every customer, manage wait time and to go order expectations. Answer phones, take phone orders and cash out to go orders. Facilitate select to-go orders with the Foodshare Drivers
EXPO Primary Focus- Expediting! Manage the food window. Prepare and bag food orders for the Hosts & Delivery Drivers & Run Food for Servers
*Note- Hosts and expo positions are interchangeable. Host and expos have a shared focus of responsibility but will alternate Primary Focus.
