We love the community and all of our customers who have been so supportive through this change all of you are very much appreciated.

Dear Yorba Linda and surrounding communities,

My name is Perry, and I'm excited to introduce myself as the owner of what was previously known as Tom's Place for 44 years which I purchased from my Uncle. Unfortunately , after three and a half years in business as Tom’s Place I was sued and faced a legal challenge from a larger company which contested my use of the name Tom's Place. In an effort to resolve the issue, I elected to change the name to Tim's Place. However, the legal challenges persisted, and I found myself in a situation where I could no longer afford to fight against a bigger company in court.

As a result, I've made the difficult decision to change the name once again, this time to Perry's Place. I want to assure you that despite the name change, everything else remains the same – from our dedicated staff to the quality of our food. I love our community dearly and am immensely grateful for your continued support throughout this challenging time.

I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused, and I truly appreciate your understanding. Thank you for being such an integral part of our community, and I look forward to welcoming you to Perry's Place soon.
