Here is a safe outline for the year ✍🏼
7-12 years
July-August = Family vacation/Enjoying the Summer
September-December = Playing other sports & or training for baseball
January-June - 2 tournaments per month = 40-45 games
** If you did it right in these 6 years, your player should have a good baseball foundation. Coaches at the next level (13 & 14) shouldn’t have to teach you the basics. Of course they will have to review but they should now be adding more technical pieces to your foundation.
13-14 years
August-September = Family vacation/Enjoy time off
October-January = Playing other sports & or training for baseball
February-July = Scrimmage and play only the best competition. 50-55 games
** You have 2 years to get comfortable on the big field and swinging a bbcor bat. No scouts are coming to watch you at 13/14 years old anymore. Recruiting rules have changed and High School kids are the last group to get scouted now with the portal.
RECRUITING RULES
Coaches can’t talk to your player, until August 1st going into Junior year.
As the owner of a baseball training facility, I understand how difficult it can be for athletes to put together workout programs that are tailored to their specific needs and goals. That's why I've put together a 4-week strength program that you can follow along with for free.
This program is designed to help you improve your overall strength and endurance, which are key factors in becoming a better baseball player. Each week is structured with a different focus to ensure that you're targeting different muscle groups and working towards your goals.
WEEK 2 👊💪🏼
Training is the foundation of any successful baseball player. While playing games is important for developing skills and gaining experience, it is through training that players develop the fundamental skills necessary for success on the field.
By focusing on training, coaches can ensure that players are developing their skills, improving their physical conditioning, and developing a strong work ethic that will serve them well both on and off the field.

DAY 4 💪🏼
Remember, life is too short to play it safe. Take a chance on yourself and see where it leads you. You never know what amazing things you might be able to accomplish.
Welcome to day 3 of your workout! Today, we're taking a break from weightlifting and focusing on speed training. While building strength is important for baseball players, speed is also a crucial component of the game. Developing speed can give you an edge on the field, allowing you to steal bases, chase down fly balls, and make quick plays.
Here are some reasons why speed training is beneficial for baseball players:
Improved acceleration: Baseball players need to be able to accelerate quickly in order to chase down fly balls or make a run for home plate. Speed training can help improve your acceleration, allowing you to move faster and more efficiently.
Increased agility: In addition to speed, agility is also important for baseball players. Speed training can help improve your agility, allowing you to move quickly and change direction with ease.
Better reaction time: Baseball players need to be able to react quickly to changing situations on the field. Speed training can help improve your reaction time, allowing you to make split-second decisions and react to unexpected events.
Reduced risk of injury: Speed training can also help reduce your risk of injury. By improving your speed, agility, and reaction time, you'll be better equipped to handle the physical demands of the game.
Remember, Train More Play Less!
You've got this! Congrats on completing day 1. Every workout, no matter how small, is a step towards your goals. Remember why you started, celebrate your progress, and let's crush day 2 together!
Are you tired of spending a lot of money on personal trainers to create workout programs for you? Are you looking for a new challenge to improve your baseball performance? Look no further!
The program is suitable for athletes of all levels, whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned veteran. However, it's important to remember that each athlete's body is different, and you should always consult with a qualified trainer or coach before starting any new workout program.
As a young athlete, it's important to understand that your talents and skills on the field or court are just one piece of the puzzle when it comes to achieving success. In today's world, building your personal brand can be just as important as your athletic abilities. Here are some reasons why:
Diversify your income: Creating a strong personal brand can open up opportunities for sponsorships, endorsements, and other partnerships. Even if you don't go pro, you can still make a substantial income through these types of deals.
Stand out from the competition: In a world where there are so many talented athletes, building a strong personal brand can help you differentiate yourself from the competition. This can make you more attractive to college recruiters, potential sponsors, and even fans.
Create a platform for social impact: With a strong personal brand comes a platform and the ability to reach a large audience. You can use this platform to make a difference in the world, whether it's through advocating for social justice issues or using your voice to raise awareness for important causes.
Build your network: When you focus on building your personal brand, you'll have the opportunity to meet and connect with a wide variety of people in your industry. This can help you build a strong network that can benefit you both personally and professionally.
Set yourself up for long-term success: Building a strong personal brand is a long-term investment in yourself. By focusing on developing your personal brand early on, you'll be setting yourself up for success in the years to come, whether that's as a professional athlete, a business owner, or something else entirely.
So, as you work to hone your athletic skills, don't forget about the importance of building your personal brand. With the right approach and some hard work, you can create a platform that opens up a world of opportunities and sets you up for long-term success.
Remember, there is NO easy route to success. ✍🏼
"Don't forget the joy of the game. Take a break from the technicalities and head to the park to swing the bat with no pressure. Remember why you love baseball and embrace the freedom and fun of playing. Let go, swing away, and enjoy the moment!"
While it's not necessarily bad to think during a competition, overthinking or getting distracted by your thoughts can be detrimental to your performance. Here are a few reasons why:
✍🏼Slows reaction time: Overthinking can slow down your reaction time, causing you to miss crucial moments during the competition. This can be particularly problematic in sports, where split-second decisions can make all the difference.
✍🏼Increases anxiety: When you overthink, you can become anxious, which can lead to a decrease in performance. Anxiety can cause physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, shallow breathing, and sweating, which can further distract you from the competition.
✍🏼Distracts from the present moment: When you're lost in thought, you're not fully present in the competition. You may miss opportunities or fail to react to changing conditions, which can put you at a disadvantage.
✍🏼Leads to negative self-talk: Overthinking can lead to negative self-talk, which can be demotivating and affect your confidence. This can further reduce your performance and make it harder to recover from mistakes.
✍🏼Overall, while it's important to have a game plan and strategy going into a competition, getting lost in thought or overthinking can be detrimental to your performance. It's important to find a balance between preparation and staying in the present moment during the competition.
