We’re here to update you on the changes to our Appointment Reschedule/Cancellation Policy. Below you’ll find our updated policy that will go into effect tomorrow, April 6, 2024.

We want to also take a moment to say we greatly appreciate all our clients; we don’t LIKE having to have these policies in place, however, we are a one person, small business.

Each appointment space that is filled helps keep us able to stay open. When appointments are cancelled/rescheduled within 12-24 hours of the scheduled time, it makes it difficult to try to fill; and unfortunately, that’s why the policy has to be in place.

📣RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY📣

As a client of Embrace Massage, please understand appointment rescheduling OR cancellations within 24 hours ahead of scheduled appointments will result in a fee that is 50% of the scheduled appointment total.

Rescheduling OR cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a fee that is 100% of the scheduled service(s).

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:

We give clients a 15 minute grace period; this means clients have up to 15 minutes after their scheduled time to arrive before the appointment is cancelled.

Clients who no call/no show will be charged the FULL amount for services booked.

*3 cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no call/no shows will result in being unable to book with Embrace Massage.*

MONTHLY MEMBERS:

Monthly members who cancel/reschedule appointments within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will forfeit 50% of the booked credits.

Members who cancel/reschedule within 12 hours of scheduled appointments will forfeit 100% of the booked credits.

*Members who cancel/reschedule within a 24 hour and/or no call/no show 3 times will be unable to schedule more than 2 weeks in advance. Members will be unable to renew their monthly membership as well.*

📣This new add-on is called our Community Member Massage Giveback. We believe that massage should be accessible for all regardless of financial circumstances. This add-on is a way to help fund a massage for someone else in the community who doesn’t have the means to embrace massage.

For every $60 that is added on, we will be offering one (1) discounted 60- minute relaxation to someone in need. The client who receives the massage will be charged $25 at the time of service.

These availabilities will be posted on both our Facebook and Instagram and will require a private message with a short message about who you are and why you think you would benefit from the discounted service. 📣
