If there is something you absolutely want, or something you don’t, let us know. Welcome ✨ I’m Shay — the person that creates and obnoxiously posts all the food boards with *cheesy* captions you’re about to see. I’m a lifelong Alaskan, wife (some of you may have met my husband, Jason — he’s my biggest supporter & the best delivery driver when I’m stuck in the comm. kitchen), and mama to a baby boy & two rescue dogs. Charcuterie by Shay started as a hobby for all the occasions in my own life, but by January of 2022, it became an established business and is now my full time job. I love being able to play with food & make it look beautiful, all while getting to be a small part of someone’s special life event... or casual wine night with the girls✨
