Encore Esthetics is seeking receptionists to join our team!

We are looking for cheerful and motivated people who are interested in the fast-paced and varied salon setting.
Receptionists at Encore Esthetics are the first faces our clients see, so cheerful dispositions and neat appearances are required. Receptionists are responsible for front desk duties in addition to carrying out general administrative tasks and salon support—including laundry and light housekeeping.

Regular Responsibilities:
• Welcome all visitors and clients.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• General office tasks like memos and filing.
• Maintain cleanliness of front desk and main entrance and assist in laundry and salon tidying.
• Maintain general knowledge of salon services and products in order to address common questions from clients and make general recommendations.
• Accurate billing and payment collection from clients as well as billing explanations to clients as needed.
• Oversee sauna operations.
• Other duties as assigned to maintain salon operations.

Required Skills:
• Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors and salon employees.
• Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly.
• Time management skills to prioritize and complete a side variety of tasks throughout the day.
• Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with clients.

Preferred candidates will have 1 year of prior front desk receptionist/customer service experience. Exceptional communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are essential as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Both full-time and weekend positions are available. Compensation is $16.00 hourly. Employees receive product and service discounts.
