We are so excited to announce our Grand Opening date for 13th Street Sports Park!

Join us on Wednesday, July 31, 6 p.m. for the grand opening event! Remarks will begin at 6 p.m. at the tent located on the north side of the new parking lot.

At the City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 9, 2023, the Governing Body approved to discontinue to discharge of fireworks at 13th Street Sports Park. With construction this year and native grasses in the park when complete, there will be too much fire danger moving forward.

It's time to decorate your bikes, strollers, pets and yourselves for our annual 4th of July Parade! We'll start at the pool at 9:00am & follow the Fire Truck around Fairway Circle! We'll end the parade with popsicles at the pool!

‘Inching closer to Stage 2′: Wichita water customers urged to conserve as possible restrictions loom The City of Wichita is on the verge of entering Stage 2 of its drought response plan. At that stage, water conservation becomes mandatory.

Annual property inspections have begun and should be completed by June 1st. If violations are discovered during the inspection process, homeowners will receive a letter by June 15th detailing necessary repairs or changes. Inspection letters will contain contact information should you have any questions or concerns. Please refer to the HOA bylaws for more information about potential violations.

What a fantastic turnout tonight for Santa in Green Valley 5/6! A big shout out to Stan Kuhn for lending his garage for photos! Santa was so glad to see all the good little girls and boys, even those of the four-legged variety! 🐶 Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night!
