Summer Camp is lots of fun and is open to EVERYONE ages 5 and up! We have 8 weeks of summer camp packed full of fun with a new theme every week! Campers will learn a variety of gymnastics skills based on their specific ability. Each day will focus on either front or back tumbling on floor. In addition to tumbling, campers will learn skills on vault, bars, and balance beam during structured class time as well as supervised free time to work on skills they would like help with. Please ask us about Military and Sibling discounts! Looking forward to a summer full of FUN!!!

What an amazing meet these girls had at the Olympia Crown 👑 meet in Chesterfield, MO. We had three of our girls take home 🥇in the All-Around. So many good lessons learned, memories made, and momentum built for the upcoming post season! Let’s keep that momentum going ladies!!!

What an outstanding finish by our incredible gymnast at the Land of Oz meet! We had so many of our girls score 38+ All-Arounds!!! Way to excel ladies!!! A special shout out to our level 3’s for setting a goal with their coaches Kelsey and Stephanie to score a 114 team score. Well they soared above expectations with a remarkable team score of 115.8! 👏🏻🤩 With that goal far surpassed the coaches dedication came through with dying their hair PINK!!! 💞 Witness the transformation in the pics along with all success from all our gymnasts! 🤸

Exciting times this past weekend for our Optionals, Excel Gold and Platinum in Arkansas! 🤸‍♀️💫 Competing against tough opponents made the experience unforgettable. Proud to be part of a team that values challenging competitions…it’s what makes us better! A highlight of the weekend was the girls experiencing a college meet at Arkansas where our own Coach Rachel, a proud alumni Gym’back herself, got to share her legacy with us! The girls also got to tour the practice facility!
