This was a fun little bathroom update..mainly because the before was an update we did about 35 yrs ago for the same customer.

New rails and a small addition gave this Snow Lake deck a cleaner look! Why stop there. We put a new roof on while we were there as well.

A little behind on posting but this is the final transformation of our West Otter exterior makeover.

We made great progress on day 1 of our West Otter Lake exterior remodel. Watch as this house gets a much desired update.

This week’s job highlight is a custom built ranch home in the woods of Pine Canyon Lake. Many details are going into this home, so we decided a share a few sneak peeks!

We are proud to have been a part of this recently finished project where we installed a custom tile shower and doors. We also supplied and installed vanities finished off with quartz tops.

We only have a few more finishing touches and this porch remodel will be done just in time for Christmas. Project included hydronic heated stamped concrete floors, all wood walls made to look old, reclaimed wood rafters, a bonus kitchen, and much more!

Today The Historic Powers Church received the Indiana Historic Preservation Award for the restoration of the steeple and bell tower work we did in 2021, only one of which is given out each year. It was a once in a life time opportunity to be involved in this project start to finish. Special thanks to The Historic Powers Church and S Allen Design of Coldwater for giving us this opportunity!

Here s a before and after of recently completed project that included new decking and railings with a new custom stamped patio and outdoor grilling space. We are proud to have our name on it!

Here s a Throwback Thursday of some custom trim work. 1st pic is what it looked like when we showed up. Our scope of work included drywall, painting and trim. Homeowner did their own electric.

Here's a throwback Thursday. We completed this project in June this year. Two new Marvin Elevate windows in the Buck Lake Bar and Grill supplied by Lakeshore Design.

Another before and after...many people ask why we won't install true Composite decking...here s a good example of how most of it performs in our Indiana climate. Glad we could help out and get them a new Azek deck that will last!
