To streamline operations and minimize excess inventory during our closure, we will provide a carefully curated selection from a limited alcohol and food menu.

Each evening, we will meticulously assess our inventory levels. It's important to be transparent and inform you that, as the week progresses, weekend item availability will be extremely limited. We value your understanding and cooperation during this operational adjustment and remain committed to delivering an exceptional experience up until the end.

As our closing date approaches within the next 10 days, we would like to address some common inquiries. In the final week of operation, we anticipate limited availability of items, and there might be instances where certain products are not accessible. The last few days of operation, we may offer a limited menu based on available inventory. Given our impending closure, we will be scaling down our ordering and replenishment of our bar inventory. This is a strategic decision to minimize excess inventory that may need to be discarded. We kindly request your patience and understanding during this transitional phase, especially with our dedicated staff. We express our sincere gratitude to all our supporters and the Hatchery family, whose unwavering love and patronage have been evident day in and day out.

Originally, our tentative date for closure was set for January 13th. We have continued to encountered additional staffing challenges in recent weeks, prompting us to make the tough decision to expedite the closure process. The new closure date is now at the end of this month.
