Rapid Rental is looking for an experienced mechanic to work on construction equipment, tree removal equipment, earthmoving equipment and more.

Normal work schedule:
Monday thru Friday: 7:30am-5:30pm

It may be necessary to work outside of these hours at times due to equipment breakdowns.

Rapid Rental is in search of a delivery driver. Must be available Saturdays & Sundays.
Responsibilities include (But not limited to):
-Deliver equipment with 1 ton truck and 21' tilt trailer
-Grease and prep equipment for rental
-Check-in and fuel equipment on return from rental
-Chain down equipment for transport
-Assist customers with operation of equipment and hooking up to trailers
-Check-in/send out rental contracts using computer system
-Other duties as assigned
-Ideal candidate would be good at working with minimal supervision

As busy season approaches, we are looking for someone to fill a part-time weekend position.

Hours for this position vary. Scheduled days would be Saturdays & Sundays (more hours/days may be available).

Sunday office hours are 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening; then pick-ups and deliveries as needed throughout the day as needed.

Saturday office hours are 8a-1p; pick-ups and deliveries would be as needed during and sometimes after these hours.

Responsibilities:

-Pick up and deliver equipment with a 1-ton truck and trailer.
-Instruct customers on the correct way to use equipment
-Clean, fuel, grease and help maintain rental fleet
-Help customers hook up trailers and properly secure equipment for transport
-Greet customers and complete rental paperwork at Equipment Pick-up/Return
-Answer Phones
-Fill Propane Cylinders
-Calculate rental/sale amounts and collect payment using computer system
-Create Work Orders for equipment that is returned damaged/with issues from rentals
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
-Must Have: Current DOT physical
-Must Have: For-Hire License or CDL (Class A is plus)
-Clean driving record
-Computer experience a plus
-2 years driving experience preferred

Tuesday: 12:00p-6:30p (usually off at 5:30p)
Wednesday: 12:00p-6:30p (usually off at 5:30p)

Saturday: 8a-2p (2 a month) (usually off at 1p)

-Invoicing with computer program
-Filing
-Answer Phones
-Light Cleaning
-Miscellaneous Office Duties
-Post items for sale on Facebook/Craigslist
-Fill Propane Cylinders
-Calculate rental amounts and collect payment using computer system
-Accept & Process Account Payments
-Creating/Closing Work Orders

Requirements:
-General office Equipment Knowledge
-QuickBooks knowledge a plus
-Computer experience required
-Must be able to work alone and with others.
