I get a lot of clients asking me “What is Craniosacral Therapy?” “How does it work and help the human body?” Well I am here to give you a little summary about Craniosacral Therapy “Balancing”.

Craniosacral Balancing (CST) provides a holding space that enables the natural rhythm of the body to get reestablished. Craniosacral is a gentle bodywork modality that removes restrictions throughout the body and realeases tension and undue pressure placed on the nervous system. CST comprises a light touch, or compression about the weight of a nickel placed on your arm. The application of light pressure is sufficient in helping to release restrictions, namely to the vital flow and movement of the cerebrospinal fluid. This modality is gentle and non-invasive, practically everyone can benefit from this bodywork. CST is effective with expecting mothers, newborn infants, children, and both younger and older adults. Those of us in great health to those experiencing illness, CST improves nearly everyone’s optimal functioning. A few conditions that have been improved with the help of Craniosacral Balancing are:

You are all probably wondering what is this theragun and why is it so important to the human body. Well I’m here to tell you all about it and the benefits.

The Theragun is a massage device that uses percussive massage therapy to treat soreness in the muscle tissue as well as reduces pain. The tool benefits everyone whether you are a professional athlete, a weekend warrior and everyone in between.

Percussive therapy which is also known as percussion therapy is a form is soft tissue manipulation. This technique is intended to reduce soreness, improve range of motion. It is however a deep muscle treatment that delivers rapid and long vertical strokes into the muscle, causing a neuromuscular response.

Happy New Year’s Everyone, I hope you all had blessed holidays. It was a busy but blessed one for me and definitely memorable. I just wanted to make a little post about what’s to come the next couple month. It’s the new year and everyone is always trying to be better about taking care of themselves. Well, with that being said I am doing a referral raffle starting now until March 10th. One of my clients is teaching a pelvic floor and core workshop this Saturday the 22nd at 9:00 am. It will be at Legacy Fitness in the district. She is very talented and knows her stuff, I’d highly recommend going! If you are dealing with lower back pain or hip pain it’s more than likely your pelvic floor and not properly activating your core when working out! This will help benefit you in more ways than one.

I’m just making this post as a reminder about the prices changing October 1st. The loyalty card will be the only promotion I have everything else is just the flat rate. How the loyalty card will work is after your fourth visit your fifth one is a free enhancement and after your nineth visit your tenth is a free half hour upgrade as well as enhancement. So I have some exciting news that I have been waiting to share with all of you! I was nominated for the Cityview Best of 2022 and made the top 3 finalists! Last night was the award night to see if I took first place. I did not take first place but that did not make me walk out of there with my head down, if anything I held my head even higher! The fact that I’ve only been practicing in my own business for a year and make the top 3 finalists makes me happy.
