MOTIVATION MONDAY 💪🏼 featuring a motivating mama! Hillary not only crushes it at classes but being pregnant adds a whole new challenge. She is staying consistent during pregnancy. She’s comfortable modifying exercises and still getting a great workout. An inspiration! Here’s what she says about F45: I LOVE F45! The trainers are awesome and I love the atmosphere. They really make you feel at home there! I also love showing up at class and having a workout ready for me that way I don’t have to plan out my workouts for the week and get discouraged.
