The answer is surprisingly simple: Our mattresses are factory seconds and overstock mattresses.
What are factory second mattresses?
Factory second mattresses are mattresses that have been returned from the factory due to minor damage incurred during manufacturing or shipping. These aren’t defective in terms of their structural integrity—they just don’t look the way many customers feel a brand new mattress should look.
What defects are you talking about?
These defects could be a small scuff, a snag, a stitching error or some other cosmetic issue, you can rest assured knowing that whatever’s “wrong” with a mattress it is only cosmetic and not structural.
Our mattresses are thoroughly inspected by their manufacturers using a 10-point process, and our supplier is the country’s foremost provider of factory seconds. With a mattress from us, you get all the quality you’d expect from your new name brand mattress, but without the sticker shock.
