We charge $100 per hour with a minimum rental of 5 hours. This gives you time for setup and tear down.

We have 50 folding chairs and 13 rectangle tables available for your use.

Here are some remaining time slots for May. Late April and early June are open as well as of now.

3rd - 3pm to 10pm
4th - available for 9am-2pm, 3pm to close
10th- 3pm to 10pm
11th- 9am to 2pm, 3pm to close
17th - 5pm to 10pm
18th - 5pm to 10pm
24th - 9am to 2pm, 3pm to close
25th - 9am to 2pm, 3 pm to close
31st- 9am to 2pm.

All Friday nights 5pm to 10pm are available at this point as well.

***** Law Change Coming July 1 ******

Hey buyers, there is a law change happening July 1 that will impact your relationship with real estate agents in Iowa!

As of today, you could call an agent that you do not know (or know) to show you a property you are interested in possibly buying and the agent could show you that home WITHOUT having you sign anything with them.

This changes on July 1. It will be illegal for a licensed agent to show you any homes without first having you sign a buyer's brokerage agreement with that agent. This agreement establishes a relationship with the agent and also establishes what the agent expects to make in compensation.

In many cases, what the agent is "charging" will be paid by the seller, but if the seller is not willing to pay that fee, it will be up to the buyer to cover all, or some, of that fee themselves.

This issue IS a bit complex to explain because there are a lot of variables at play here, so your best bet is to ask an experienced agent what this is all about.

We ask our buyers to understand that this is a change in the law and we need to do what is legally required while assisting you in the purchase of a home.
