Upcoming changes to salon policy:

Unfortunately, per circumstances, I will now be operating as my salon income being my primary income. Which also means my range for flexibility with rescheduling and cancellations will change as well. To give you an idea, in one week, the amount of rescheduling I have done was $550 worth. I totally understand life happens, and I appreciate the consideration for not getting me and my family sick, but last minute alterations mean spots I have little to no time to fill. As much as I hate doing this, I will start following a cancellation/rescheduling policy.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment I will need 48 hours notice. If there is less than 48 hours I will require a 50% payment of the service. If there is a no show it will be 100% payment required. I will have forms that acknowledge you accept being invoiced for the charge or having a card on file.

I also will be encouraging cash and Venmo transactions. I will be charging a 2.25% fee for credit card transactions.

All changes will begin October 15th.

I’m sorry for any inconveniences this may cause but in this profession there’s so many last minute changes that I need to prepare for.

Thank you to everyone for being so patient and understanding this past month. Between my husband being gone for work and my new schedule you all have been amazing!!
