About Jen’s Cookies

Thank you so much for your interest in Jen’s Cookies! Every cookie or fudge order is custom made by me and therefore takes time and dedication to create. I ask for at least a 1 to 2 week advance order. During holidays and busy times spots fill up quickly so please allow a longer lead time.

I am a cottage baker, baking in my home in accordance with Texas Cottage Law. I am located in Anna, TX and take local orders in Anna and surrounding areas that are available for pick up or delivery and I am unable to ship. All of my cookies are handmade by me, using quality ingredients, butter, sugar, eggs, unbleached flour and natural extracts. For my decorated cookies I use Royal Icing made with meringue powder and confectioners’ sugar and it is flavored with natural extracts. Decorated cookies take several hours and sometimes a few days to complete. Each cookie is hand decorated by me.

Gluten free is available upon request, however, I do not use an exclusively gluten free kitchen. Please know I take every precaution to not cross contaminate between gluten and gluten free.
