Today we remember those fallen soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice. We remember our loved ones and those who have gone before us. What a lovely day it was to honor and join community to celebrate Memorial Day at King Memorial Park and St. Paul Lutheran. And thank you to my Mom and Aunt for pressing their way to Woodlawn Cemetery each year to adorn the graves of my grandparents and loved ones. We are forever grateful.
Thank you to the Baltimore County Farm Bureau for inviting Baltimore County legislators to the 2024 Legislative Farm Tour. It felt good to be back on the farm and meet the amazing people who support our food systems, horticulture, economy, our youth and so much more. Most importantly, it provided an opportunity for us to identify ways to work together and inform policy decisions to strengthen this industry.
