The IRS issued guidance and regulations on how to claim the Employee Retention Credit (ERC), but some experts say the IRS may have violated the law in doing so. This could be good news for taxpayers who were wrongly denied the credit or who received the credit and are now worried about having to pay it back. https://bit.ly/3UpUbin
