I am in two places at one time!
I'm here at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, till noon today. I'm also at the Muddy Creek Artists Guild Holiday Show in Edgewater, Main Street @ South River Colony. Details have been shared on my page. Runs Fri-Sun this weekend and next!!

Some of you may remember this rooster from the studio tour. He was waiting to be soldered... finally took care of that today... just in time for opening day of the Muddy Creek Artists Guild Holiday Show tomorrow at 10.

This Friday the Muddy Creek Artists Guild Holiday Art Show & Sale opens at 10am with works from 46 local artists, including me! We are in the same space as last year. All the details are included. We appreciate your continued support.

Finally got the snowmen out of the kiln. I'm loving the ones on the aqua blue more than I thought. I had just enough room on the kiln shelf to squeeze in the 1st 2 dogs. Blue??? I'm so behind! Muddy Creek Artists Guild show opens on Friday in Edgewater. Will share the flyer but check out the website for sneak peeks.

It's Small Business Saturday on 11/25 and we'll be at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, on Riva Rd and Truman Pkwy for the opening of our Holiday Market from 7am-noon. In addition to the produce, meats, dairy, distillers, bakers, etc. that you know and love, we have lots more vendors selling gift items for those on your list. Shop Local!!

A new litter of kitty Nightlights. Lots of calicos along with a couple of black ones. They say the black kitties are the last to be adopted, but I get requests for them all the time.

Just in, our 1st litter of Santa Kitties. Last night I made a few turtles, some owls and sailboats. The little trees will be mounted on the little log slices. Dogs and snowmen are on schedule for tonight.

Lots of art and crafts here at the American Legion on Kent Island. We are here till 3pm!

Christmas is coming!
I'm at the Kent Island American Legion on Rt 8 south tomorrow 9 to 3. Stop by and see all the goodies available. They serve lunch too!

I've got more owls! Sitting in the tree with my pretty hand-made vitrighaph flowers. Everyone loves an owl.

A recent customer asked if I could make a Calico kitty... I'm so glad she did as I love these little guys! The large one will be a nightlight. The smaller ones an ornament or sun catcher.

Been crazy busy at the Riva Market this morning. Just getting around to sharing a post. CHRISTMAS is coming and folks have started their shopping. I've just started making my holiday glass.

The Saturday winds have been battling me all this fall. Seems every other weekend is a blow out for me. Tomorrow is looking like the worst yet. Sustained winds 16-20 with gusts up to 30. I can't bring my glass out in that. Sadly, I will not be at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, in the morning. Fingers crossed for next Saturday.
This weekend is the Muddy Creek Artists Guild's Open Studio Tour. My Glass Studio is on the tour Sunday Only. If you would like to see my studio and various projects in process, now is your chance. Hours are 11-5pm. There are lots of local artists on the tour. A wonderful weaver is just a couple miles from me. All are open both tomorrow and Sunday. We are all in South County. Here's a link to the webpage and an interactive Google Map to assist in reaching each studio. Your 1st stop can provide paper copy with all the addresses.

It isn't going to be a bright and sunny day but it's still a good day for the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, Inc. I'll be there in the morning and hope lots of you will drop by and see all we have to offer.

So Bummed to see the wind forecast for this morning. Double digits by 8am... as you know wind and glass don't mix. So sorry to miss the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, Inc. this morning. Hope to be back next Saturday. 💙

It's Friday night and it's looking like a lovely fall day at the market in the morning. Here's a full shelf of under sea night light or sun catcher scenes on their way into the kiln. They turned out Great! Come out and see for yourself at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, Inc. I'll be there with 40+ other local vendors/artists on Riva Rd, 7am-noon.

It's Friday night and the wind and rain forecast for tomorrow don't look good for this glass artist. I'm seeing 25mph sustained and 40mph gusts. Then MD declares a state of emergency. I'm going to have to sit this one out. If you need something, reach out to me.

Some new goodies just in time for Artsfest '23 Fine Arts Festival. Sep 16-17. I'm in space #3, in the woods. About 180 jurried artists and fun for the whole family!

Loving this set. It's a special glass called steel blue that turns metallic silver if exposed to oxygen in the kiln. All wrapped in Sterling Silver.

FYI- in 2 weeks (16th) I won't be at the market as I'll be in Solomons Island at Artsfest @ Annmarie Gardens. It's a wonderful weekend festival with 175 artists and 35 performers. I'm on the path in space #3, my usual spot

I am sad to report I will not be at the Anne Arundel County Farmers' Market, today. I've been battling the worst case of poison ivy ever. I will be back there next weekend and if you need something in the meantime, please feel free to msg me here on FB.
Here are some cool new earring designs I've been playing with. Bubbles in Sterling Silver! They are all clear dichroic so they reflect one color and when they hang in the open light they transmit a 2nd unique color. So FUN! You have to see them in person as it's so hard to capture in a photograph.
