Early voting starts TODAY and runs through May 9 at 8pm. We have had so much postive feedback on our campaign. People are looking for a true leader. You may vote at ANY early voting location in Anne Arundel County. In District 5, there are three voting locations closest to your home - Earleigh Heights Fire Station, Broadneck Library, and Odenton Library. If you are in line by 8pm any day of early voting or on Primary Day, you have the right to vote. The only person with over 25 years of leadership. VOTE FOR TAREQUE FARRUK

We had a wonderful event last night where we met many amazing people including parents ,teachers and children over a delicious meal. It’s clear that parents and teachers are mutually concerned regarding education in the school system and brought up various concerns. We hear you loud and clear! As an Anne Arundel County Public Schools Board of Education member, I will prioritize:

Respecting All Communities by listening to constituents and weighing those concerns when adopting policy or voting on the budget.


Returning the Focus to Academics by requesting and continually reviewing data from our Superintendent to ensure that academic results improve and allocating our resources and funding to this effort.

Respect in the Classroom: A culture of respect should be woven into AACPS starting in the classroom. I have heard from teachers and students concerns about disruptive and violent behavior in our schools.
