Join us on Friday, August 25th 2023, for the first annual Ramsey Police vs Anoka Police Department "Battle of the Badges" fundraiser hockey game. This year's game with be in support of the Groebner Family.

Officer Eric Groebner Badge #29, served with the Anoka Police Department since 2013. Officer Groebner died suddenly at his home on September 14, 2022. Officer Groebner was a great police officer and an even better friend to members of both Anoka PD and Ramsey PD. While Officer Groebner served as an Anoka Police Officer, he lived in and was a member of our Ramsey community.

At 7:00 PM, skaters of all ages and skill levels are welcome to get on the ice for open "Skate with a cop". After the open skate, there will be a small presentation with the puck drop at 8:00 PM. Both skating with a cop and watching the game are FREE to attend.

During the event, there will be items for raffle, a chuck-a-duck between periods, and t-shirts for purchase.

The Ramsey Police Department would like to thank everyone for their support and are excited to see you at the game!!
