So over the years I have collected a few personal watercraft. I have 2 gtx Di for parts also have a Polaris 1050. That runs and a Polaris Virage 700 that also runs. Not looking for a lot of money for them. Watercrafts are cheap trailers are not. That being said things can be worked out

So in my opinion a mechanic repairs and maintains and has the insurance to protect the shop and customer's equipment. Detailer wash and wax and do not repair on a daily basis so how can they maintain any equipment they don't see what I see everyday and I don't know of a detailer having mechanical insurance . Washing and waxing and rebuilding engines seems pretty black and white to me
