World Walleye Association
The World Walleye Association is a NFP managed by its member-anglers. We are a feeder series into the Bass Pro Shop & Cabela's NTC.
Our mission is to provide grassroots professionally managed team walleye tournaments on local waters. 2021 Season will consist of 5 Qualifiers, Open Tournament, Youth & Family Day and 2-Day Championship for the top 20 teams based on points.

The World Walleye Association extends it's deepest sympathies to the family of one of our long standing anglers, Bill Craig who recently passed away.
Services will be held at Strang funeral home at 1055 Main St, Antioch, IL 60002 The visitation is Friday August 16th from 4pm 7pm.

The WWA hosted a 2- day CPR (Catch-Photo-Release) tournament this past weekend, allowing teams to weigh every fish over 14". Our fishery has a 18"-24" slot limit so this format opens up these fish to be counted towards each teams total.
Our top 3 teams each weighed over 60 lbs!! 10 place was over 40 lbs!!
Congrats to Nick Ingoglia & Ron Levin on first place with 67.84lbs!!

Fox Chain Team Walleye Tournaments
The World Walleye Association was established in 1999 as a grass-roots organization with the vision of bringing competitive tournament fishing to anglers on their home waters with an opportunity to qualify for a bid to the Bass Pro Shop’s and Cabela’s National Team Championship. The World Walleye Association’s format of team tournament fishing was designed by fishermen for fishermen. In the spring of 2017 the WWA changed from private ownership to being run and managed by a Board of Directors made up of WWA competitors. In 2018, the WWA is officially a Not-For-Profit organization that strives to return over 100% of tournament entries back to the competitors. All are encouraged to get involved.
TEAMS:
Teams may consist of three fishermen, While two team members fish each event, there is no restriction on which team members fish an event. Should a team member request to split and form a new team, the new team will start with “0” points
