The core program at Evolve is Aikido; a japanese martial art that helps people become Safer, Healthier and More Confident. Aikido is great for all ages and physical abilities because it uses natural body movements and doesn't require a lot of physical strength to master. Evolve also offers Homeschool PE classes and Be Your Own Hero self-defense classes. If you're a movement practitioner that needs a space to teach or practice, Evolve also has hourly space time for rent.

Today the world said goodbye to Randy Cullar. He was as dedicated to the Evolve Community as he was to his focused tai chi practice. I always appreciated the way he would show up to all the promotions and celebrations for all the age levels! My only regret is never hearing him play his music; I should have followed through on that when I had the chance. Lesson learned Randy! Thank you for being kind and curious and easy to laugh and authentic.
