All That Remains
Each shared moment, once seemingly ordinary and overlooked, now gleams with the iridescent glow of lost treasure.

Some Arizona color from my evening walk with Chancy.
Let us not rue the chapters already written, but rather, with courage and grace, pen new stories illuminated by the wisdom of our past.
Out of sight, out of mind.
Desert blooms from the Superstition Wilderness and around Apache Junction.
For in the solitary moments, amidst the silence, one realizes that being alone is not a void to be filled, but a canvas upon which the soul can paint its most profound truths.
Traveled to Fish Creek Hill today. This is as far as you can go on the Apache Trail (Hwy 88) by vehicle due to a fire in 2019 that closed the road to Roosevelt Lake. One of the most dangerous yet scenic roads in America and let me tell you... it can be hair-raising.
The ocotillos out in this remote area are simply magnificent. The entire area is exploding with spring blooms. In the heart of the Superstition Wilderness.
I plan on doing a series & collection of the Apache Trail, both photograph and video soon.

My camera and pen can sing amazing melodies pouring forth from the depths of my soul that my clumsily spoken words cannot.
Traveled to the Phoenix Botanical Gardens last week. Fun time!
Just as dawn breaks the darkness of night, so too can our lives be illuminated by the choices we make. With each decision, we summon the potential for renewal, for growth, and for the unfolding of new narratives.
Her voice is my favorite song.

Our worth should not be defined by the perceptions of others, but by the resilience of our own spirit in facing adversity and the unwavering strength found within the depths of our being.
Rather than seeking faults until no good remains, may we instead embrace the beauty of imperfection, recognizing that all love flourishes in the soil of acceptance and understanding.
