As a part of April's Stress Awareness month, we challenge you to engage in some self-care! Self-care is an integral part in reducing stress and burnout prevention. Don't know where to start and interested in some self-care ideas?

Create a Self-Care Jar! Follow these easy steps:
1. Take any empty. jar/container with a lid
2. Write down some of your favorite self-care or stress-reducing activities (reading, going for a walk, taking a bath, etc.)
3. Whenever you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, getting burnt out, take out a paper from your Self-Care Jar and do that activity!

We are seeking Master's Level Counseling Interns to join our Children's Program! Our children's clinicians work with children ages 6-17 in-person at our Tempe Office and in-home with the children. They receive direct supervision and support from our Director of Children's Services Jennifer Rappleye MS, LPC.

Along with the great support of individual supervision, we offer Group Supervision and ongoing training opportunities! We provide paid DBT Training to all of our interns. We also provide ongoing support and a platform for training, case conceptualization, skill building and more through what we call Grand Rounds!
