There is a predicted sluggish market due to high interest rates and economic uncertainty, compounded by seasonal factors.
Despite these expectations, some experts suggest the potential for surprises in Q4 2023. Remote work trends, supply chain issues, and the Federal Reserve's actions could contribute to a more active quarter than usual.
