Well we stay busy no matter where we are! 125 Vista lane has closed, huge congrats to my sellers. But I also came to say 453 Belvedere Drive is under contract! My buyers and I have been scouring the market for about a year and we have finally found the one! Shout out to Terry Ayala for showing the property in my stead, we are grateful to you for helping us get this one.

I've come to tell you that I am switching firms to EXP Realty.

Let me say, I have so much love for Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage they have been my work family for the past 4 years. Sea Coast is honestly the top firm in the Coastal North Carolina Region, they have been here for a long time and have earned it!

From the CEO to the office managers, everyone has shown my son Ronan the utmost grace and love, and the best support to me as a working mom who keeps her child close by.

Which is why this transition is hard one for me but a necessity. Sea Coast is local, and moving to Hawaii necessitates a global firm.

That being said, EXP is a firm that can deliver the global platform I need as a business woman and military spouse. Maintaining multiple licenses is a thing in and of itself and EXP realty can manage that for me with what I need as a multiple state agent.

You'll still get Chelsea Kurtz as your agent, nothing has changed on that front! I just have a new firm behind me.

Last week we closed on this wonderful starter home! Two two car garages is hard to find in this price point!

Let me tell you this story. This house we listed on Christmas Eve, it sat on the market for 60 days (2 low ball offer, one scared buyer) and on day 60, we had 3 offers come in within 36 hours.

Talk about wild. This market is very unpredictable.

Buyers: just because it's been on the market doesn't mean other buyers aren't circling as well.

Sellers: List your house early, 1-3 months before you want to be out of there, give yourself time on the market to get the exposure. Buyers are dancing and they only pick a partner at the last second.

So on that note, congratulations to my sellers! I love the new ride :) and I can't wait to see you do with the rest of your 11 acres.
