Kona Ice will be in the pool parking lot tomorrow from 11-3.

FOURTH of JULY!

Hello Members,

This year the pool will be open from 10:00am to 6pm on Thursday July 4th.

Gates will open at 10:00 for members to enter.

As we are expecting a large turnout , you may want to bring your own folding chairs - and shade tents if desire.

We will have a DJ performing from 11am - 5pm that day and will have activites during that time as well including:

Kids coin toss
Kids soda toss
Splash contests
And an ADULT BEVERAGE TOSS!
In addition, the DJ usually has games and activities for the kids in-between.

We will not be having any food specials that day - BUT the snack bar will be open and the grills will be available.

Finally - for any families that woudl like to continue socializing that night - the pool parking lot and bathrooms will remain open until later that evening for people to use. Feel free to bring down any food, drinks, fireworks. This is an unfilitated pool event.

Reminder that the Middle School Party is this Friday, June 14th from 7:00 - 10:00 pm. The pool will close to prepare for the party at 6:30pm.

All current middle schoolers are invited –including rising 6th graders and graduating 8th graders. The cost is $10 per person - and that includes pizza, 1 drink and 1 snack. Additional drinks/snacks will be available to purchase. Non-members are welcome.

Lacrosse Equipment Donations Needed

Hello Pool Families,

Do you have used men’s lacrosse gear sitting around your house or garage that you don’t need or want anymore? GREAT – because we want them!

The Pool is assisting 3 Point Lacrosse in collecting used (and new if someone was so inclined) men’s lacrosse gear. The highest priority needs are gloves, sticks/poles with heads, and helmets – but anything is welcome and appreciated. This is a great way to pass along gear you player may have outgrown, replaced over the years, or your graduating senior may not need anymore

The gear will be donated to Cherokee High School located in Cherokee, NC which is home to the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians. The high school is working hard to establish a lacrosse program for their student athletes, and they need help in collecting gear to get started. Lacrosse is a fundamental part of Native American/American Indian culture, and this is a great way for these students to be able to reconnect with a part of their heritage.

Collection bins will be placed near the main entrance to the pool and gear can be dropped off anytime the pool is open (or afterhours as long as you place the items over the fence).

We will be collecting gear starting immediately through Friday June 14th.

Master's Swim

Master's swim is open to all members who are 18 and over, and have any skill level with swimming. Below are the times where they will meet.

Morning Swims: Mon, Wed, Fri from 6:30am - 7:30am

Night Swims will start 06/10/24, and will me Mon, Wed, Thurs from 8:15pm - 9:15pm

The pool will officially be open daily for the season starting tomorrow from 4 - 9pm!! If you haven't already registered for the season, you may do so online. You can bring your check down to the pool and hand it off to the guard if you do not want to pay online.

Monday May 27th, we will have adult beverages available (21 & older).
