We are in dire need of help with of kids Jiujitsu program. We have a great instructor in place and because of that the classes have grown far beyond the capabilities of one instructor. Message for information and to sign up to volunteer.
The nights are Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm.

Fantastic guard passing workshop hosted by Dave Rosenmarkle and Jeff Piercy today! Thanks for the training!!
This Saturday May 6th Dave Rosenmarkle and myself will be hosting a guard passing clinic during the normal open mat time.
Dave has a guest black belt coming from out of town to roll with everyone as well. This is a great opportunity for improvement.
Also the following day May 7th we will be doing a continuation and more training at our friends facility Bull and Bear Brazilian Jiu Jitsu & MMA. Both sessions are from10:00-12:00.
