Congratulations Cinda and Brent for winning our candy corn guessing game! There were 367 candies in the jar. Cinda was the closest with 350 and Brent was second closest with 400. 🍬🍭

Our residents and team members had a blast carving pumpkins today! Monster burgers, pumpkin seeds, and dressing up were a couple of our favorite things today as well!

Oh, how important friendships are! Fran and Jerry met at Ecumen Centennial House and have been friends for a few years now. In this photo they are enjoying one of our weekly exercise classes. We all need a BFF who is always there for us any can push us to be our best!

One of our team members collected rocks from their trip to Lake Superior. Our residents enjoyed getting creative and making these rocks beautiful during a painting event!

Meet Don and Sandy! They’ve been happily married for over 40 years. Don makes it a point to visit Sandy every single day, and her face just lights up the room whenever he walks in. ❤️

We're so excited to share that we have our Ecumen Wellness class three times per week! Our residents are incredibly dedicated to physical wellness, and they work hard using weights, bands, and exercise balls. It's encouraging to see how much they look forward to this class every time it's on the schedule.

Thank you to the Apple Valley Fire Department for their partnership and leading an educational fire & life safety discussion at Ecumen Centennial House! Fire Inspector, Colleen, and other Apple Valley Fire Department firefighters made an appearance and even brought the fire truck. 🚒 We are so grateful to the Apple Valley Fire Department for all they do to keep everyone in our community safe!

Happy Assisted Living Week! Our team has been celebrating with different events and treats each day including cinnamon rolls, nachos, root beer floats, etc. (food is the way to our heart). Team members also played Plinko to win prizes. What a fun week! Thank you to our amazing team members for all they do!

Our American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL) Bronze National Quality Award has made its way home! Back in June, Ecumen Centennial House was recognized as a 2024 recipient of the Bronze Commitment to Quality Award by AHCA/NCAL for our commitment to improving the lives of residents through quality care. We now have the hardware to show it off! 🤩

How sweet! One of our residents put together this poster with a picture collage of flowers from the patios out front. Peggy - we all appreciate all the work you did planting these in the spring! The flowers have been beautiful all summer long. 🌸☀️

Thursdays are beauty salon days! Residents are loving their new hairdos!
