EaglePals lead the food drive charge by challenging our student body to bring in boxes of cereal. Our total number of boxes donated was 1,250. Our 6th grade won the grade level challenge and Mr. Dudley's advisory won the 6th grade advisory challenge, Mrs. Largent's advisory won the 7th grade advisory challenge and Mrs. Gartner's advisory won the 8th grade advisory challenge. Minnesota Female Empowerment Speaker Series
This past Friday 30 of our 6-8 grade girls met Olympic Gold Medalist and former Valley Middle student Lindsey Vonn. We were fortunate enough to sit right down front and spend some time meeting Lindsey one on one and asking some questions about her experiences. Our girls had a great time and Miss Vonn was incredibly engaging and connected with our students in the most dynamic way!
