2. How long have you been at Coalesce?
20 years

3. What's your favorite part of your job?
When we make our clients smile!

4. What's your favorite thing to eat for lunch?
I'd have pizza everyday if I could

5. What was your favorite work trip?
Las Vegas and New Orleans come to mind first. We've been lucky enough to travel to many fun places.

6. What's been the biggest challenge during your time at Coalesce?
This biggest challenge is not having enough time to do all the things we’d like to do. Between ideas and the fact that our industry changes daily, keeping focus is important, but it's hard to park good ideas until the time is right.

7. What's the best piece of professional advice you've ever received?
Don't be afraid to ask for help! You can't know everything so relying on experts for help, and letting go of the fact that you don't need to know it all takes a huge burden off your shoulders.

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
A ‘be nice’ ray! I'd like to zap people to get them to take the time to be more empathic of others.

9. What's something you're passionate about outside of work?
Family, friends, golf, art, design, travel.

10. What's your favorite genre of music?
I like almost all music- except heavy metal- it's so angry. 😠

11. If you could have coffee with any one person in history, who would it be?
George Clooney, and the coffee would have to be from a Nespresso of course. And then maybe graphic designer Paul Rand could join us.

-Account Manager.

2. How long have you been at Coalesce?
-A little over 6 months.

3. What's your favorite part of your job?
-Learning about a variety of new businesses and industries.

4. What's your favorite thing to eat for lunch?
-Tacos.

5. If you could add one thing to the Coalesce office, what would it be?
-A slide from the conference room to the living room.

6. What's been the biggest challenge during your time at Coalesce?
-Making the quick “brain switch” of working on multiple accounts, daily.

7. What's the best piece of professional advice you've ever received?
-Don’t be afraid to say “yes” to something that might be out of your comfort zone.

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
-Flying.

9. What's something you're passionate about outside of work?
-I’m an adventure-ju**ie. I always want to travel to a new place, try a new restaurant, or get tickets to the next concert!

10. What's your favorite genre of music?
-Depends on my mood. I can switch from country to pop to rock, all within one playlist.

11. If you could have coffee with any one person in history, who would it be?
-Amelia Earhart.

12. Name something on your bucket list?
-Travel the coast of Portugal and Spain.

13. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
Sleeping in with no daily agenda. This usually results in a day of shopping, napping, and making dinner with my fiancé.

14. Do you collect anything?
My fiancé started collecting stickers, so I naturally got roped into that.

15. What's your biggest pet peeve?
-When someone is late to a commitment.

16. What's your favorite quote?
- “Go where you are celebrated, not tolerated.”

- “Love Story” by Taylor Swift.

- Dedicated.

19. What motivates you to do great work?
-The idea of helping people achieve their goals!

-Tumbling. I'm amazed by people who can just flip around so effortlessly.

- That every day is a different challenge!

-Our trip to Charleston. Such a beautiful city.

What's been the biggest challenge during your time at Coalesce? - Asking for help. Our team is incredibly supportive and always willing to jump in, it's just difficult to ask sometimes.

What's the best piece of professional advice you've ever received?
- Take risks. Even if you don't know how to do something, say yes and figure it out as you go.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
- Time Traveling

What's something you're passionate about outside of work?
- I'm a huge car enthusiast!

What's your favorite genre of music?
- It's a toss-up between rap and blues.

If you could have coffee with any one person in history, who would it be?
- Jeremy Clarkson

- Travel to Germany and drive the Nurburgring.

What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
- Relaxing at home with my fiance and our two Corgis or sim racing.

- I collect magnets from every new state I visit and I have a collection of 2000+ HotWheels cars.

- People that drive slowly in the left lane.

-I’m naturally a puzzle-solver, so I don’t know if I can pinpoint one challenge, as I tend to seek them out as often as they find me. (See Q19)

-Don’t be afraid to speak up or ask questions

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
-Teleportation

9. What's something you're passionate about outside of work?
-Friends, family, Jesus and being kind

-The people I get to work with.

-Chicken empanadas from Author's Kitchen + Bar

5. What was your favorite work trip?
-The Four Seasons in Palm Beach didn’t suck. I’ve also had fun at some trade shows in Chicago.

6. What’s been the biggest challenge during your time at Coalesce?
-COVID and trying to work from home while my kids did school from home.

7. What’s the best piece of professional advice you’ve ever received?
-You’ll never stop learning. There’s always something new to learn.

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
-Invisibility

9. What’s something you’re passionate about outside of work?
-Family. I’m also a news ju**ie and a pop culture fanatic.

-Indie rock especially from the early 2000’s

-Historical - Princess Diana. No longer here - my dad.

-I wish I could play the piano. I also wish I was fluent in programming.

- Creative Director

2. How long have you been at Coalesce?
14+ years

3. What's your favorite part of your job?
- I love the concepting phase and helping with ideas that both our team and our clients get excited about. I guess I equally love it when a project wraps up and that exciting idea becomes a reality.

4. What's your favorite thing to eat for lunch?
- I don’t have it often but I love Josef's Gyros and Kabobs.

5. What was your favorite work trip?
- Las Vegas was great!

6. What's been the biggest challenge during your time at Coalesce?
- The pandemic and all of it’s uncertainties along with the logistics of working from home (with kids) was the biggest challenge. We weathered the storm and are stronger than ever!

7. What's the best piece of professional advice you've ever received?
- Not really advice, but my father-in-law modeled a steadfast work ethic, and my Dad modeled a great sense of humor – both of which I’ve adopted for use in my career and find super valuable.

8. If you could have any superpower, what would it be?
- I would have the power to travel through time and space whenever I hiccup. The French Revolution The building of Egyptian pyramids Gangnam Style hits the top of the charts

9. What's something you're passionate about outside of work?
- Family, live music and good food!

10. What's your favorite genre of music?
- Rock ’n Roll, baby… Yeah!

11. If you could have coffee with any one person in history, who would it be?
- Leonardo da Vinci? Confucius? Hmm… I’ll choose Olivia Newton-John. No, Mr. Rogers. No, for sure Olivia.

12. Name something on your bucket list?
- Travel the world!

13. What’s your favorite way to spend a day off?
- Planning a great meal and spending time with my family.

14. Do you collect anything?
- I have a decent music collection – albums, collectibles, autographs. I guess I also collect kids. I have five.

15. What's your biggest pet peeve?
- When I ask my kids to do a simple task and they say “of course.” Like they always do said task. They never do it. THEY NEVER DO IT. “Could you please pick those socks up off the floor?” “Of course, Dad.” Burns me up.

16. What's your favorite quote?
- “Creativity is seeing what others see and thinking what no one else ever thought.” – Albert Einstein

17. If you were forced to sing karaoke, what song would you choose?
- I would choose that old Krieger Jewelers jingle because I already know all the words… “Let’s go engagement ring shopping, I don’t like those chain stores at all, let’s go to Krieger the fine family jeweler, let’s get away from the mall.”

- Unified.

19. What motivates you to do great work?
- Two things. The desire to create something I’m excited about and also to make our clients excited as well.

- I would like to learn more illustration techniques.
