This Saturday the Weekend WellBEing Series in Houdini Plaza during the Downtown Appleton Farm Market continues. Wear your comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat to join the Slow Vinyasa with Twists class from 8 am to 9 am

Flow through the poses, pausing in some for mindful breath and strengthening. This class will focus on twists for spine health and general well being. Come for the fun warrior dances and full body stretching, stay for the deep calm found in the slow, smooth breath.

This Saturday the Weekend WellBEing series at the Downtown Appleton Farm Market continues with CycleBar Appleton!

They'll be doing a Classic Ride at the market. The Classic Ride is their signature ride that incorporates choreography and drills. It's great for all skill levels. The class is FREE, but registration is required through the CycleBar studio at [email protected].

CycleBar will be giving away cards for one free class at the studio during the market.
