Reminder: Kids R Us Pediatrics will be Closed on this Thursday and Friday, June 6-7 for a staff retreat.

Our staff works very hard and this retreat is much deserved. This brief time away will allow us to focus on team-building so we can work more closely together to serve you, our patients.

Our after-hours call line will be available for any urgent healthcare questions and will be in contact with Dr. Miller and/or Ms. Katie if necessary. The patient portal is also available for non-urgent questions or appointment requests. Please note that portal messages may not be answered right away.

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

Kids R Us Pediatrics is seeking a dynamic individual interested in working in a fast-paced pediatric outpatient setting to join our team as a 𝙈𝙀𝘿𝙄𝘾𝘼𝙇 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙀𝙋𝙏𝙄𝙊𝙉𝙄𝙎𝙏! We are looking for someone interested in providing exceptional care and support to our young patients and their families.

🔍 Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Ideal candidates should be highly personable with strong communication and interpersonal skills and possess excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail. Candidates should be proficient with basic computer applications. Experience working in a medical practice and familiarity with working in an EHR system is a plus.

➡️ If you have a newborn that needs to be seen tomorrow, please send us a message if you have a portal account already. If not, please call as soon as possible tomorrow so we can get your baby scheduled.

➡️ If you have a visit scheduled for tomorrow morning before noon- we will call you to reschedule.

➡️ We have about 70 appointments to reschedule. Please be patient as we work on getting these rescheduled!

➡️Happy Sunday! We are watching the potential for winter weather in our area closely. Should we need to close, we will post here as soon as possible, but by no later than 7 am tomorrow morning. ⬅️

We don’t experience extremely cold 🥶weather around here too often; below are some tips from the AAP for dressing children in cold weather. 🧤🧣🧥And don’t forget- remove those warm but bulky coats and jackets when buckling kids in due to safety concerns.

We took time yesterday during our office Christmas luncheon to discuss Christmas sweater fashion and to recreate our favorite awkward family photo poses.

Yeah, it's cold outside, but these sure are some funny looking snowmen in the office today.

Jingle and Jangle are promoting peace and joy today as they watch us try to navigate a busy Monday.

Splish splash they are taking a bath! Elves apparently love to pamper themselves. They say it helps them maintain their skin complexion that glistens like sugar on a gumdrop.
