There is a scam going around town. I have heard the same story over and over. It starts off with either a man or a woman approaching you saying, "I need help." and they will say they need food and money for a hotel and try to sell you rings. They mention that they also have children that they need the money for, and point to them sitting in a black SUV. They will try to convince you the rings they are selling are real precious metals, but they are not. Stay safe and aware out there!
